From flat water to whitewater, you will learn to navigate the rapids of the incredible Sesia River. The lessons include mastering the basic fundamentals in flat water and an initial approach to the more advanced technique used in currents.

If it’s your first time encountering a river and you need to learn the basics to become more independent, this is the right course for you!

A course that allows the kayaker to progress and learn a more advanced kayaking technique. The goal is to enable the kayaker to navigate a river section up to class III (moderate difficulty) with ease and autonomy, and be able to tackle class IV rapids (more steep and continuous).

If you want to learn to master kayak technique more confidently and have experience on rivers of class II-III, this is certainly the most suitable course for you.

Designed for those kayakers already familiar with river activities and eager to learn advanced techniques, with experience on class III rivers (moderate difficulty). The course will take place in Valsesia, and the section will be chosen based on participants’ abilities and river levels. You will learn to navigate a river section up to class IV+ (with steep and continuous rapids) independently.

The rolling  is the maneuver that allows to bring your kayak back upright without having to go out of the kayak after a capsize. The lesson will be devoted to the learning of this maneuver in the most suitable type of river, depending on the time of the year.

It is however a course suitable for anyone, both for beginners eager to learn the maneuver and for more experienced kayakers who intend to troubleshoot weak points towards consolidating his/her roll.
